Director
Our Center Director plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our early childhood program. With a focus on safety, quality, and community, the Director supports both families and staff in creating a nurturing learning environment. for the children.
Oversees the center's daily operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently and in alignment with program goals.
Maintains compliance with state regulations and upholds both center policies and accreditation standards. Ensures a safe clean and healthy environment for the children and staff.
Works collaboratively with staff to achieve educational and developmental goals. Builds strong relationships with families
to support each child's growth and well-being.

Lead Teacher/ Teacher
Lead teacher guide children through engaging instruction while fostering a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment. They thoughtfully design curriculum, and follow daily schedules, and classroom routines tailored to each age group’s developmental needs.
​They create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom atmosphere. Establish consistent routines that promote independence and confidence
Communicate regularly with families about each child’s progress, milestones, and needs. Manage daily classroom activities with structure, flexibility, and care
Assistant Teacher
The Assistant Teacher works closely with the Lead Teacher to foster a joyful, nurturing, and safe learning environment for all children.
Assisting in the development of engaging lesson plans, and classroom routines that promote holistic growth. Help maintain a positive and organized classroom atmosphere, supporting children’s social-emotional and behavioral needs. Contribute to daily updates of parent interactions to ensure families stay informed and connected to their child’s learning journey. Partner with the Lead Teacher to implement activities, supervise play, and ensure smooth transitions throughout the day.
